Nature of experience :
- The incumbent should have implemented HR initiatives, and core human resources activities in a Mid-sized organization. She/ he will act as a positive cultural change agent, consultant and business advisor. This key business partner will be a part of the management team and act as a trusted advisor to them on organizational design, culture building, learning and development, recruiting and processes etc.
Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
- High Performing Organization - Build a high performing organization based on meritocracy through objective Performance Management process and policies and Reward and Recognition
- Influencing policy formulations and Best Practices.
- Support and work with the business in all dimensions of people management and ensuring that state of the art practices are in place.
- Partnering with Business - Ensure appropriate organization design, spans and layers. Facilitate business performance through creating an effective strategy. Support Functional Heads in achieving the business goals, in line with business strategy.
- Talent Acquisition- Partner and drive Talent Acquisition at optimal cost via Networking/Social Media/ Campus etc. Develop a consistent and cost-efficient hiring process.
- Compensation and Benefits - Ensure creation and implementation of enabling policies in line with organization strategy, market best practices and labor compliance requirements. Perform regular salary benchmarking and ensure consistent implementation of variable pay practices.
- Talent Management - Driving the Individual Development Plans and Focus on Critical Talent, Succession planning and helping build leadership pipeline. Designing and executing improved process for identification, calibration, career development and retention of top talent across levels to fulfill current and future talent requirements in pivotal roles.
- Training - Focus on Leadership and Skill Development Training, building cross functional teams. Create and design the training vision to integrate business strategy to individual performance.
- Employee Engagement - Transform and Reinforce company culture and values and conduct employee engagement initiatives with a view to nurture camaraderie and enhance retention and strive to be an Employer of Choice
- HR Programs - Work with the businesses to ensure that successors are in place for all key positions, develop and drive talent and leadership initiatives, programs that support high retention of staff, help managers and employees cope with change that foster a - great place to work- environment.
- Internal Communication - Create regular operating rhythms for employee connects and newsletter. Drive ongoing focus on open and transparent dialogue with employees.
Skills and Competencies :
- The candidate must exhibit superior learning agility and intellectual curiosity, as well as the ability to inspire creative thinking at all levels; an understanding of a digital or creative business would be an advantage.
- A strong communicator and keen listener, with an ability to use those skills to garner trust among all employees, facilitate interaction within the company and influence outcomes.
- Candidate who has been involved in driving major change programs (this may be from a consulting, operations or change management role) and will be able to demonstrate development of a high-performance culture would be the best fit.
