Job brief :
- The incumbent will be responsible for the activities which includes recruitment, compensation structures, employee benefits, employee relations, management development, performance management, succession planning and retention.
- The objective would be to optimize people structures to align them to business.
- Managing plant IR and liasoning with external authorities while partnering with business heads and cluster heads.
Skillset required :
- Hands-on experience in talent transformation
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Stakeholder management
- Over 18 years of experience in the functional domain.
- Must have worked in a professionally run, promoter driven conglomerate.
- Maturity and gravitas to justify the role.
