We are seeking a dynamic, agile, and experienced HR leader to direct, organize and prioritize hiring company's HR practices and initiatives across team members based in India & SEA region.

Job responsibilities:
- To develop and lead effective Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Cross-functional Communication, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, People strategy, Employment Law Compliance, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employee Leave Management, Employee Engagement, HRIS Data, MIS, Exit Management and other HR Practices.
- Research and respond to employee relations matters across the plants & corporate environment.
- Managing accurate and optimum manpower budget allocation in order to reduce the manpower cost and improve HR performance measurable.
- Partner with HR leadership team to identify strategic analytics needs to enable execution of critical business decisions.
- Lead performance management, change management, compensation and total rewards design, in support of strategic and cultural priorities of the company organization.
- Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to HR, organizational, and employee development at the business unit or division level.
- Ensuring strict adherence to statutory regulations and mandatory stipulations to remove non-compliance.
- To manage and resolve complex employee relation issues; conduct investigations to minimize legal and third-party exposure while maximizing positive resolution.
- Ensuring a link between performance and compensation in order to reward and promote high performers and identification of low performers and working on their performance improvement plans.
- Managing the overall development of team members through effective & need based training & controlling attrition.
Skills And Competencies:
- Master's degree in HR discipline
- 14 to18 years of experience of working in an HR Generalist or HR-BP role in Global Automotive Engineering & Technology Centre or Software-Information Technology Companies or Shared Service Business Centre or Offshore Delivery Center will be highly preferred.
- Effective HR Business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, innovative thinking, and global execution capabilities.
- Understanding of Core HR Processes like Performance Management, Career Development, Compensation Revision, Employee Engagement and Retention, Reward & Recognition and Talent Management and Succession Planning.
- Demonstrated experience of managing end to end lifecycle on HRMS tool pref. Success Factors/Workday.
- Exposure of working with companies operating in multiple geos.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to communicate across all levels of leadership and able to partner with internal stakeholders with diversified culture.
- Strong interpersonal skills: able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
