ROLE: We are looking for an experienced HR professional for the Subsidiary of leading Auto component Indian organization. The incumbent will lead HR Business Partnering, Organization Design, Organizational Excellence Talent Management, Leadership Development, Compensation, Campus Hiring, harmonious employee relations and build talent for the business.

The role will include:

- Will be actively working with the Top Management Team and with business heads to formulate and Implement HR Policies & Framework and to provide timely solutions on people matters.

- Developed Organization Design to support the organization's long-term plans. - Lead the complete Talent Management, Performance Management and Engagement Strategy for the most critical employee base of the business.

- Leadership development and succession planning of high potential and critical resources.

- Identifies Talent Acquisition needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

- Designing Leadership Development Program in line with the organization's policies and future plans.

Qualifications:

- MBA HR with well-rounded experience of minimum 10-15 years as HR/IR

- Previous experience of laisoning in complex situations with employee, external stakeholders & local bodies.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Master's degree would be a plus.

- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in leadership HR role.

- Demonstrated experience in executive search, with a proven track record of successfully placing senior leaders in key positions.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders.

- Proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
