A well established Pan India Agro Enterprise is hiring HR Head with experience in driving Strategic HR interventions and previously managed Sales functions of Organization
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the agro finance industry.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address current and future workforce needs.
2. Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement policies and procedures that promote a fair and equitable work environment.
3. Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Work with leadership to identify training and development opportunities.
4. Training and Development:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
- Facilitate the implementation of training initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
5. Compliance and Legal:
- Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and ensure the organization's compliance with statutory requirements.
- Work closely with legal counsel to address HR-related legal issues.
- Develop and enforce HR policies in alignment with industry and legal standards.
6. Succession Planning:
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of skilled talent.
- Identify key positions and individuals for development to support future leadership needs.
7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Provide regular reporting on HR metrics and key performance indicators.
