Tasks:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, providing guidance to senior management and driving organizational development. Drive HR innovation, stay updated on HR trends, and implement new technologies to enhance operations.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee the recruitment process, manage onboarding and development programs, and implement performance management systems.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and oversee payroll administration.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws, and conduct regular audits.
- Administration & Facility Management: Oversee administrative functions and facilities management, ensuring efficient operations and managing budgets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, generate HR reports, and monitor key HR metrics.
- Organizational Development & Training: Identify training needs, support leadership development, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Profile:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a senior HR leadership role for more than 7+ years
- Deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving change.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
