Head - Human Resources & Admin

- The position acts as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR and Admin related queries. The position will be responsible for providing flawless and prompt human resource and administration services to the whole organization and its stakeholders. 

- The position will be required to develop all HR and Admin policies and ensure organizational awareness on adherence to all policies. The position will also be responsible for managing all recruitments, staff orientation, staff facilities, procurement and statutory adherence in terms of employment and working space. The position requires strong organizational and time management capacity and ability to handle multiple task at a time. 

- The position is expected to demonstrate very high level of empathy towards all and demonstrate leadership qualities in dealing with tricky, complex and sensitive issues. Being organised and able to prioritise is vital, as is having good communicative and relationship building skills, as you will work with various people across the whole business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- People and facility management

- Recruitment and procurement

- HR and Admin policies

- Staff welfare

- Adherence to employment and work space law/act etc.

- Process for all HR and Admin policy adherence

- Develop job descriptions, KPIs

- Develop staff appraisal process

- Facility maintenance

- Reporting and data management

- Staff on-boarding/orientation

- Vendor management

- Budget management

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role

- Computer literate with programmes such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Experience using spreadsheets

- Organizational and people management skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Masters degree in Human Resources/related fields

- Additional management academics in human resource management shall be highly preferred
