To assist and frame Modern / Develop and Innovative progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentivize and rewards for effective performance.
HR Governance & Practices:
- Ensuring achievement of Total HR Governance of the Organisation.
- Achieving Zero Audit Queries on HR Governance /Quarterly basis.
- Updating HR health Index to the CPO/ Board on a quarterly basis.
Employee Relations, Statutory Compliances, and Discipline:
- Improving Productivity programs, monitoring Industrial relations situation,
- Ensuring all timely HR and labor Compliances, handling unions, handling SLAs, policies, practices and processes.
- Ensuring zero productivity loss.
Payroll Management & MIS, HR Budgets :
- To supervise / updates payroll process/records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, various insurance overages, savings and deduction etc.
- Thorough knowledge of human resources budgeting & controls.
HR Analytics:
- To manage the budget and other financial measures of the HR department.
- Enhancing and developing/ implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall human resources operations and effectiveness of the organization.
- Manages the human resource information systems database and provides necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function and the people resources of the organization.
Recruitment / Talent Management:
- To develop staffing strategies and implementation plans, managing career and succession plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization.
- Identify appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the organization.
Performance Management System:
- To evaluate the entire resource strength of the organization for continual improvement and providing individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities.
- Develop appropriate measurement systems of performance.
- Familiar with running Assessment and Developmental Tools/ Centres
Employee Engagement:
- Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy, enhancing employee productivity.
Admin Security, Employee Basics, Travel & Stay Accommodation:
- To manage the organization's administration function and performance with robust systems.
Training & Development:
- To Guide training Dept. for develop programs (both Behavioral and Operations related) in for preparing employees for more significant responsibilities, and general business development programs to enhance employee knowledge and understanding of the business of the company.
