Job Description - HR Head:
- As the HR Head, you will lead the HR department and play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives that support our business objectives.
- You will oversee all HR functions and ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee all HR practices and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, L&D, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Partner with senior management & Key stake holders to understand and address current and future talent needs.
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies & Succession planning programs to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop and implement effective performance management & training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyse HR metrics and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in budget planning and manage HR departmental budget effectively.
Desired Candidate profile :
- Proven 16+ years experience in HR function with min 8+ years experience as an HR leader or similar role, with a track record of success in developing and implementing HR policies & strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
