Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure scalability and agility in a dynamic business environment.
- Drive HR digital transformation, leveraging HR analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Culture & Organizational Development:
- Shape and foster a high-performance culture with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Champion leadership development programs to build a strong internal leadership pipeline.
- Align HR policies and initiatives with the company's vision, mission, and values.
Talent Strategy & Hiring:
- Oversee hiring process and succession planning to ensure a strong leadership bench.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
Performance, Rewards & Compliance:
- Implement performance-driven HR frameworks to drive accountability and growth.
- Oversee compensation strategy, ensuring competitive executive pay structures.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance policies.
Employee Experience & Change Management:
- Drive engagement strategies that boost employee satisfaction and retention.
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to support business transformation.
- Develop policies and initiatives that enhance the employee experience across all levels.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA / Master's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in HR leadership roles, with experience at the C-suite or senior executive level.
- Proven track record in HR strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
- Strong expertise in hiring, talent management, and organizational design.
- Deep understanding of global HR trends, compliance, and best practices.
- Executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at the board level.
- Hands-on experience with HR technology, workforce analytics, and digital HR transformation.
