Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of our HR function. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing Performance Management Systems (PMS), driving end-to-end Talent Acquisition, and building organizational capability through Succession Planning, Assessment Centers, and robust Employee Engagement strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Performance Management System (PMS)

- Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive PMS aligned with business goals.

- Drive goal-setting, mid-year, and annual appraisal processes.

- Build a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement.

Talent Acquisition


- Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for all levels of hiring.

- Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

- Drive employer branding and enhance the candidate experience.

Succession Planning & Assessment Centers


- Identify critical roles and build succession pipelines.

- Design and execute Assessment Centers for leadership evaluation and development.

- Collaborate with L&D to create individual development plans.

Employee Engagement


- Create and implement innovative engagement initiatives to enhance culture and morale.

- Act as a culture ambassador, driving inclusion and collaboration across teams.

- Analyze engagement survey results and take action on feedback.

Strategic HR Leadership


- Provide HR leadership and support to senior management and business heads.

- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and local labor laws.

- Use data and insights to guide HR decisions and drive business performance.


Key Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.

- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 45 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing PMS, and running assessment & development centers.

- Strong exposure to succession planning, TA strategy, and employee engagement.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
