Our client , a global player in reverse logistics and environmental compliances, Head Quartered in Germany, is looking for a Head of HR for their India Operations.
Role and responsibilities :
- Support leadership team on organizational design;
- Work as strategic business partner with other department managers and supervisors to ensure HR talent management goals and objectives are achieved;
- Monitor C&B structures, pay policies, and market trend to make necessary changes;
- Review and manage any general affairs including office management and company activities;
- Lead an effective recruitment and selection process that will identify qualified talent;
- Lead and coordinate performance management system;
- Identify training needs and develop, implement, and deliver training programs;
- Change management process;
- Prepares company handbook;
- Ensure the strict implementation of the proper imposition of disciplinary action and POSH;
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in Human Resources
- Candidate must possess a Masters degree in Human Resource Management
- Change Management and Transformation Experience;
- Strong experience in Statutory and regulatory compliances
- Should have experience in compensation benchmarking , performance management systems
- Must have experience in creating and implementing policies and procedures
- Stakeholder management
