The Position will be responsible for overall strategy formulation & management of the Regional HR & Facilities.
The KRA for this position would be
1. HRBP
2. Talent Acquisition
3. Talent Management
4. Employee Relations
5. Administration & Facilities
The Desired candidate must be a MBA(HR) from a premier Business School with 12- 15 yrs strong experience in the HR Function. He/She should have an experience heading the HR functions for a fairly large sized region handling more then 2000 employees.
Should have 4-5 yrs of experience heading the HR function. Candidates from FMCG/Retail/Services/Consumer Durables/telecom will be preferred. Candidates with more than 15 yrs experience will not be considered.
