- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall objectives and promote a positive work culture.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Ensure effective onboarding processes are in place.
- Manage employee performance and development programs, including performance reviews, training and development plans, and career progression opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Implement and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits packages.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Oversee HR administration activities, including employee recordkeeping, payroll, and HRIS management.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovative HR initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to monitor HR effectiveness and provide insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives, change management, and talent planning.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities.
What makes you a great fit?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional HR certification is a plus with 6-8 years of experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and other HR-related software.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
