- Role is To build an alternate leadership pipeline for the group through structured leadership programs by making the Group an Aspirational place to work and to create enhanced Employee Value Proposition for the Participants internally.
- Company Brand ownership
- Designing and implementing recruitment strategy yearly, Manpower Planning. Conducting PPTs and selection processes on campus. Formulating panels from amongst senior managers from group for conducting PPTs and selection.
- Ensure robust recruitment process on campus. Ensure training of all campus recruiters.
