3. Induction of new entrants to familiarize them with company culture, values, policies, processes and assist them in understanding their roles and responsibilities
4. Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
5. Developing and implementing the performance management & Rewards & Recognition system for the company.
6. Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management via HRMS platform
7. Drive all employee and workplace-related events and programs
8. Design and execute all employee related communications
9. Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy.
10. Acts as a change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status.
11. Demonstrated ability to influence the stakeholders to bring the required changes
12. Provides day-to-day coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation
13. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
14. Conduct ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and designs talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. Actively participates in annual budget planning/ forecasting process with business partners.

1. Experience of working in a Start-up company (Series A/B/C funded is an added advantage)
