As a Head HR for the brand your roles & responsibilities will be as follows:
- Managing all end to end aspects of HR from hire to retire for approx 200 employees
- Working on employee engagement & retention interventions with the corporate teams
- Driving the Talent agenda for the brand and working closely with the business to increase productivity
- Acting as a business partner an working closely with business leaders to execute / increase business output
The Successful Candidate :
- You must come with 6-12 years experience in HR with an MBA from a premier B-School and have worked in technology companies preferable been associated with a tech startup in growth phase.
- You are solution oriented and are extremely hands on
