About Client:
Our Client is an MNC Product Player that has been in India for about 10 years now. With an overall employee base of roughly 1000 globally they are now looking to hire an HR head for their largest functions whose primary responsibility will be to drive business partnering from a strategic angle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Designing & creating the HR Strategy in line with the business vision
- Design and deliver HR Strategies and outcomes especially across Talent Management and Organisational Development
- Working closely with the senior stakeholders to drive talent management & talent needs locally to meet the business requirement
- Manage the entire HR function across all markets globally and manage a team of roughly 5 people
The Successful Applicant:
You come with 16-20 years of experience as a Generalist HR / Global HRBP from MNC Technology organisations only. You come with an MBA in HR from a reputed business school and have strong command over Talent Management, HR Strategy, Leadership Development & streamlining processes. Candidates with global / regional exposure would be preferred. You must have excellent communication / presentation skills coupled with stakeholder management and are looking at taking up the next challenging role in your career.
