Job Description - It's an excellent opportunity to join a newly created technology subsidiary of a large MNC in a HR Head role and drive HR strategy working closely with business leaders.
Client Details :
- Our client is a newly created tech organization aiming to create a tech platform to connect the entire value chain touching millions of lives!
- It's a wholly-owned subsidiary of a listed MNC with an established presence over 100+ countries.
Description :
- Reporting into the CHRO of the parent organization, you will work closely with the leadership team of the tech entity and will be responsible to create HR strategy and implement HR policies.
- You be be responsible to manage end to end HR working closely with COEs across TA, L&D and C&B.
- You will also develop and drive an organizational culture that fosters collaboration and innovation. You will also work closely with the business to run innovative programs for employee engagement.
Profile :
- Around 8 years' experience post-tier-1 MBA (XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI etc.) as a human resources professional with a minimum of 5 years' in a tech start-up in HRBP role.
- HR professionals with prior experience of working in large established organizations and subsequently with a tech start-up would be preferred.
