The role will be expected to work directly with the Founding team, CXOs, and Board members and help the company grow.
The role will build an HR team of 3-5 people in the next 6 months with focus areas that include:
- Establishment of an Agile Organizational Structure
- Designing an efficient Performance Management System
- Establishing an efficient Goal setting & OKR mechanism
- Improving Employee feedback NPS
- Enhancing Brand and Glassdoor rating
Education: MBA from XLRI, TISS preferred.
Experience: 6 - 8 years post MBA in HRBP roles. Project management experience preferred
