Candidate Profile :
- HR-BP from a Premier B-school (TISS/ XLRI/ SIBM, etc.) with 8-12 year of relevant experience in a matrixed global environment, in a high technology company - software/ hardware/ internet, etc.
Job Summary :
- Lead the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning, and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Works closely with CHRO to drive strategic initiatives across Captive Development and implementation of overall resourcing policies, common HR practices, and talent management strategies
- Pay review exercise, and structuring compensation/reward packages
- Performance and talent management, resourcing, staff engagement, and employee development
- Has an understanding of the consequences of legal compliance and governance issues; Anticipates, identifies, and manages the operational and people risks to business performance, HR reputation
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, and compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements
