Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- Employee Relations: Ensure strong Employee Relations by creating various communication forums for employees and ensure top down and Bottom up communication ( Town halls; Small group meetings; Ideas studio, Discussion Forums).Welfare and Engagement of employees
- Grievance Handling,
Challenges:
- Has to be involved operating in a tough environment
- Has to work closely with various function heads in the leadership team
Personal Characteristics & Behaviours:
- 10-12 years in a Corporate/Plant Environment, in a good Co. Knowledge of IR, Statutory Compliances. Proven credibility and execution in a manufacturing/Corporate environment.
