Education: Regular MBA in HR or MSW/ Master of Personnel Management. 2. ROLE: - Create and maintain a knowledgeable, skilled and motivated Human Resource in the Company. - Maintain harmonious Industrial Relations on a sustained basis. - Develop and implement HR systems and processes and institutionalize them for a high degree of maturity. 3. Experience requirement: - Total Experience of 16 - 18 years - Handled core manufacturing HR and Employee relations for multi-unit - large company - Exposure to steel / metallurgy sector will be a plus - preferably from steel or Automotive Industries, - Strong on legal compliance aspects / other manufacturing unit systems - Having worked in a multinational is a plus 4. RESPONSIBILITIES: STAFFING AND EMPLOYMENT: i. Man Power Planning ii. Recruitment, Selection & Placement iii. Induction -Orientation iv.
