JD: Human Resource Generalist
Person with experience in setting up HR domain in a company or STARTUP is preferred, which includes implementation of complete HR from scratch.
Requisites:
- Degree qualified, ideally in Human Resources or Management related, MBA -HR
- 8 to 12 year's relevant generalist HR experience.
- Should have experience in working in a multi-faceted hands-on HR role including both operational matters and strategic advisory.
- Should have experience in handling HR end to end responsibilities and have developed HR policies and practices from scratch, also preferably have worked into a start-up.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to details.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills especially in Excel (Formula / advanced Spread sheeting) is essential.
- Professionally confident with the ability to connect and influence at all levels, internal and external.
- Able to work with a high level of independence but with insight to escalate and seek input as required.
- Mature and proactive approach to work and relationships and the ability to work in a multi reporting line structure.
- Team oriented, proactive and willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
