Looking for a Senior HR leader to join our client which is a construction-based product start-up which has recently closed their round of seed funding.

Job Description :
- Laying foundation of culture, organisation building, policies, employee benefits to match industry standards, employee engagement activities, employees onboarding and off-boarding.
- You will work closely with the senior leadership and will be responsible to build and drive HR strategy across functions to foster organisation growth
- Create a conducive culture that enables the team to grow the organisation & themselves
- Set up policies and processes and create an employer brand in the market
- Design the entire talent and performance framework to create an agile and productive workforce
- Designs and monitors talent acquisition strategy to always ensure adequate staffing
- Design, implement and monitor special projects / initiatives focused on strengthening, employer brand, new joinee experience, adopting best in class digital / market best practices
The Successful Applicant will have :
- 5-8 years' experience in HR Business Partnering managing Tech and Non-tech-workforce is preferred
- Experience working in start-up ecosystem in Tech-Product/ E-commerce/ Internet space is a must
- MBA from a reputed institute is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities required
