Looking for an MBA (HR) with 20-25 years of work experience and should have at least 5 years of work experience as a HR HEAD reporting into the CEO/ MD of the firm .
- Ideal candidate would be someone who has had experience working with a start up/ecommerce /bpo/telecom/retail who have seen scale, grown an organisation from ground zero. Has had prior work experience working with a founder.
- The goal is to build a billion dollar revenue company and the role of the Head HR is to develop human resource strategies in support of organizational goals and demonstrate impact to the business.
- Lead the annual strategic planning process and the related execution implementation plans
- Conceptualize and drive the implementation of HR policies and practices
- Lead a team of 80 + people across TA/L &D/compensation/ performance management/HRBP across locations.
- Organize, plan and manage the entire life cycle of recruitment from sourcing candidates to on boarding utilizing the budgeted resources to deliver consistent and timely results.
- Building the quality and depth of talent with clear focus on succession / career plan.
- Drive the Engagement framework to improve the morale and productivity of employees
- Responsible for Building technical / functional, managerial and leadership capabilities in the Organization
- Create a consistent compensation philosophy / guidelines and Implement compensation & benefit programs based on business goals and strategy.
- Conceptualize and drive programs to build a strong Employer Brand.
