Head - Human Resource - Startup

A heavily VC funded company based out of Pune in the IT space.

Looking for a HR leader who would be managing 1000+ employee strength with a team of 20+ people across 30+ cities and 4 international locations....The candidate should be excited to work in a start up environment. A generalist with action oriented decisive approach. Ideally from an Indian setup .

Job Role Details:

- Head the overall HR function

- Must have Experience in Formulating strategies appropriate to the company's corporate mission and goals

- Must have Prior Experience in Structuring and in Re-structuring Companies Operational Hierarchies.

- Manage team of 20 + HR professionals

- Manage headcount of 1000+

- Manage - Recruitment, Training, PMS, Compensation, Exit Formalities and Statutory Compliance

Desired Skills & experience:

- Minimum 15 years of experience

- Preferably from Service Industry, IT/ITES, BFSI sectors

- Good communication and stake holder management skills
