Our client is a reputed B2C Retail organization looking to grow their footprint in India
They are looking to hire a strong HR leader with experience in the Digital/ Online domain to lead the HR vertical and create a strong HR transformation journey in the company to create a tangible impact on business and employee experiences.
Description :
- You will work closely with the senior leadership and will be responsible to build and drive HR strategy across functions to foster organisation growth
- Create a conducive culture that enables the team to grow the organisation & themselves
- Set up policies and processes and create an employer brand in the market
- Design the entire talent and performance framework to create an agile and productive workforce
- Leading an HR team managing TA, HRBP, HR Ops, Compliance etc. and manage end to end HR
Profile :
- At least 12-16 years of experience in managing the entire gamut of Human Resources
- Prior experience in both a start up and a well established environment (preferably on commercial side)
- Experience in supporting teams build a transparent and high performance culture
- Full time MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute
- Experience working as a HR Business Partner, HR Operations, HR Generalist etc.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing a team and diverse stakeholders
