- Leading the Talent Acquisition for the Format following the process.

- To recruit the right fitment for the stores as well as the corporate office & other operations

- Upgrading & executing the HR strategy for the Format, also coordinating and administering the HR objective, policies and procedures.

- Develop, Managing & Maintaining Recruitment Policy, Manpower budget & planning.

- Key Result Areas Supporting Actions Planning Ensure Approved Manpower Requisition Norms.

- Acquiring talents through various sources - Recruitment firms, newspaper advt, Internal references- Develop the best sourcing strategies.

- Reviewing and streamlining processes.

- Meeting deadlines for - Hiring the right fit.

- To regularly review key selection and assessment metrics.

- Audit & Compliance of Talent Acquisition process.

- Vendor Management - Handling Recruitment Consultants & 3rd party payroll organisations.

- Benchmarking studies /Analysis for top management Competition benchmarking.

- MIS Report Weekly/ Monthly - updating Dashboard
