- Guide and manage the overall Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company.
- Integrate HR policies into the company, ensure HR policy development, documentation and implementation
- Ability and attitude to support/enhance an open workplace culture
- Provide inputs that ensures executive compensation, professional development, executive recruitment and retention are all aligned with the company's strategic objectives and goals.
- Execute overall Talent Management process, recruiting, hiring, training, performance planning and monitoring system.
- Provide inputs for the development and maintenance of a total compensation plan which places the company in a competitive position to attract, motivate and retain skilled employees.
