About Our Client :
Our client is a leading player in the retail sector. They have aggressive growth plans for India and want to become market leaders within the portfolio they cater to. The parent company has multiple offerings in the FMCG, FMCD and Lifestyle segments with plans to expand into the luxury segment in the near future.
Reporting into the CEO you will be responsible to :
- Aid the expansion and diversification of the organization via strategic inputs and alignment with the company goals
- Prepare the manpower budget for the company
- Prepare the recruitment policy guidelines and ensure compliance at the outlet and corporate level
- Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the organisation to maximize the strategic use of human resources
- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance
- Develop/ maintain and update training dossier for all technical and behavioral training
The successful applicant should have:
- 13-16 years of experience in HR as a Generalist preferably in Fashion/Retail/Lifestyle brand with strong exposure in Organization Design and Effectiveness
- Extensive experience in scaling up businesses-good hands on expertise in recruitment across levels wit Retail/FMCG/Hospitality sector ( Any consumer facing business )
- Hands on experience in Training and Development
- Excellent people management skills and charismatic personality
- Experience in managing scale and multi site experience
