- Manage manpower strategy as budgeted
- Plan, control and optimize HR spend
Customer :
- Manage employee grievance system and disciplinary proceedings
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of the workplace
Internal Business Process :
- Build and institutionalize a performance oriented culture
- Devise and execute Reward and Recognition framework
- Employer Branding initiatives
- Translate organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy
- Develop and implement OD strategies
Manage all HR streams : Recruitment, PMS, T&D and C&B
People/ Learning & Growth :
- Keep abreast of industry practices and share best practices
- Build high performance team
