The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in performance management, talent acquisition, talent management, people and culture, learning and development, employee welfare and engagement, organizational development interventions, succession planning, policies, and luxury store management
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to promote continuous improvement and align with organizational objectives.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Create and oversee talent management frameworks, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention strategies.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop career advancement plans.
- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR within a retail environment, preferably in luxury or content-to-commerce settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, including performance management, talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
