IV. Job Description :
- The incumbent would be responsible for overall Human Resource Management in IT Operation with resource capacity of minimum 100+ people. Operation area includes IT Software Development & Services related business. This is independent strategic leadership position with team to manage the operation.
Key areas of overall responsibilities with effective management of below mentioned functions:
Recruitment & Staffing :
- Attrition Management
- Manpower planning, budgeting and deployment cum rotation.
Talent Management :
- Talent identification, engagement & management including retention
Succession planning :
- Training and Development
- Training strategy based on skill gap assessment and business needs
- Training budget and prioritization
- Training plan, Execution, Monitoring & Effectiveness
- Performance Management
Preparation of Job Description/ KRAs/KPIs
Institutionalization of Performance Management practices
Reward & Recognition practices
- Competency Development & Analysis
- The workforce competencies required to perform the organization's business activities are defined and updated.
- The work processes used within each workforce competency are established and maintained.
- The organization tracks its capability in each of its workforce competencies.
Competency :
- Analysis practices are institutionalized to ensure they are performed as defined organizational processes.
- Corporate Communication and Coordination
- Information is shared across the organization including coordination with corporate HR function.
- Grievance Management
- Employee personnel related information and its coordination with corporate HR function.
- Participatory Culture
- Information about business activities and results is communicated throughout the organization.
- Decisions are delegated to an appropriate level of the organization.
- Individuals and workgroups participate in structured decision making processes.
Participatory

V. Specific demands on the job: Need to Stretch, Weekend Availability, Travelling and Result Oriented KPIs to achieve.
Skills :
- Full time MBA (Residential) in Human Resource from premier Institute.
- Plus years as Overall experience with minimum 07 years' experience in IT Operation & Services Industry.
- Good Stability and working exposure in one of the top 25 IT Companies.
