Responsibilities :
- Lead the HR and Admin functions for the organization with twin objective of making the organization an employer of choice for prospective hires and providing best-in-class employee experience for current employees
- Support aggressive hiring and scale up plan by helping attract the right talent for the organization.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle right from sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, training and professional development/ training
- Setup efficient and scalable hire-to-retire process through a combination of in-house employees as well as vendors
- Manage administration of all offices across cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad) with the view of providing best-in-class employee experience at workplace.
Desired skills and experience :
- Overall 10 - 15 years of experience in the HR/ Admin function
- 8+ years of experience in building and leading HR teams
- Experience in rapidly scaling employees in a start-up environment
