IDEAL CANDIDATE JOB SPECIFICATION
A first class in XII Standard and Bachelor's Degree, preferably BSc
Maths/Physics/Chemistry/BCom BA Economics/B Tech/BE
Good quantitative skills
Good extracurricular record in school and college demonstrating leadership abilities
Good personality
2 years full time course degree in HR & IR from a good B School
About 25 years well rounded experience in all aspect of HR, employee relations,
Administration, PR of which at least 3 years of having worked at strategic decision
making levels and five years as Head of HR.
Domain knowledge of HR & associated field as named above.
Experience in running the HR function of large company/group level experience in a conglomerate.
Preferably experience in railway/metro/airport/mega mass transit projects/operations.
Good understanding of business in general.
Extensive Networking skills in the HR fraternity. A person of stature. Good negotiation skills
