Job Summary:
The Head of Human Resources (HR) will lead the HR department and oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the company's objectives, enhance employee engagement, and promote a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1] Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues.
Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to support business growth.
2] Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
Manage talent development programs, including performance management, training, and succession planning.
3] Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and satisfaction.
Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution.
Develop and implement employee recognition and retention programs.
4] Compensation and Benefits:
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Conduct regular market analysis to maintain competitive salary structures.
5] HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes and practices are compliant.
6] HR Operations:
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and employee records management.
Develop and manage the HR budget.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
7] Culture and Employer Branding:
Promote and uphold the company's values and culture.
Develop initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role. Ideal candidate is someone who is No.2 in HR in a Real Estate COmpany currently and aspiring for Head HR role
Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.

Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing HR team.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
