Our Client is an India Real Estate Service Provider.
Reporting into the CEO the roles and responsibilities will be as follows :
- Working with the leadership to manage the HR activities
- Participating with the leadership team in project planning and execution
- Manpower planning and budgeting to attract the right talent to fill key positions within a stipulated time frame
- Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR w.r.t Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organisation Design, Talent Management
- Setting up and taking the HR function to the next level
The ideal candidate comes with 8-15 years experience from Real Estate, IPC or Property Consulting
