They are currently looking for a seasoned HR professional with an international outlook to join their fast-growing business.

Description

- Reporting into CEO, working as HR Head, you will work very closely with the Business Heads to drive organization culture.

- You will lead a team of HR professionals to manage talent management, recruitment, HR operations, payroll etc.

- You will be responsible to drive the development and implementation of organizational strategy in areas like performance management, career development, talent management and succession planning.

- Create HR policies and procedures, provide employee relations guidelines and help to improve the overall manager-employee relationships

Profile :

Successful Candidate will come with around 10 to 15 years of experience in various areas of HR with hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Business Partnership and Talent Management.

You must have excellent communication skills and international education or work experience working with a reputed organization.
