- Leading HR strategy and imperatives for the organisation
- Responsible for setting up and anchoring Talent Attraction across the organisation
- Driving critical Organization Development interventions, notably Organization Structure, Talent Development and Change Management
- Upgrading the HR suite of employee offerings through process redesigning, automation and HR analytics.
- Responsible for the team's mentoring, performance management, rewards and career path.
- Talent Management and succession planning. Strong experience in stakeholder management, communication & influencing skills
