Overview:
- As the HR Product Head, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of innovative HR products and solutions within our organization.
- You will be responsible for driving the product strategy, enhancing HR processes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of HR product strategy and roadmap.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR product management, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of HR technology, including HRIS, talent management, and employee engagement tools.
