Overview:

- As the HR Product Head, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of innovative HR products and solutions within our organization.

- You will be responsible for driving the product strategy, enhancing HR processes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of HR product strategy and roadmap.

- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of HR products and initiatives.

- Identify market trends and conduct competitive analysis to drive product innovation and differentiation.

- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including stakeholder alignment and change management.

- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key HR technology vendors and providers.

- Ensure the seamless integration of HR products with existing systems and processes.

- Measure and analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR product initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Drive organizational change through effective communication and stakeholder management.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in HR product management, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

- In-depth knowledge of HR technology, including HRIS, talent management, and employee engagement tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align product initiatives with organizational goals.

- Track record of successfully driving product development and delivery within a complex, dynamic environment.

- Experience in vendor management and partnership development.

- Proven ability to drive change and innovation in HR processes through product management.
