Continuous Performance Management:
- Deploy an organization level periodic feedback process which will enable a formal performance tracking & conversations between manager and reportee
- Ensure availability of all data / information required for monthly tracking of performance across different levels in the company
- Create and anchor workshops to train managers on conducting effective feedback sessions
- Performance appraisals and assessments:
- Anchor the annual appraisal process
- Ensure system, data, stakeholder readiness for completion of the process
Performance Improvement:
- Create and deploy a Performance improvement plan which will help managers to identify low performers, provide focused attention to required areas and help them improve
- In addition, the role has immense opportunity in contributing to other areas of OD like competency management, career development and more.
