Description - Our Client - A leading Pharmaceutical Company is looking to hire a Head HR who will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the company's human resource strategy, aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

Job Description:

The Head HR will oversee all aspects of human capital, including talent acquisition, organisational development, employee engagement, compensation, culture building, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a proactive and hands-on leader with experience in fast-paced, promoter-driven environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

Must Have:

- Culture integration, managed HR at international level, bridge culture, high on execution

- Digitisation : SAP, Oracle, tech Savvy, understands technology, automation

- Will be working on Org design, Audits, culture, and business as usual HR activities

- Strong on people and process, passionate, high on clarity, Maturity, action oriented, quick thinker, adaptable.

Profile:

Key Responsibilities:

1 Strategic Leadership:

- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, aligning HR strategies with the company's long-term business goals.


- Drive organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development to support growth and scalability.

- Provide insights and recommendations on HR trends, including talent management, organizational development, and regulatory changes.


Talent Acquisition & Development:

- Lead the recruitment, retention, and development of top talent, ensuring the company attracts and retains high-performing individuals.

- Implement and oversee talent development programs to build leadership capabilities and support career progression.


- Drive initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hiring and development practices.


Culture & Employee Engagement:

- Shape and maintain the company's unique culture, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

- Develop employee engagement strategies that support a positive workplace culture, emphasizing communication, recognition, and work-life balance.


- Work closely with the leadership to reinforce a values-driven culture aligned with the promoter's vision and company goals.


Performance Management & Compensation:

- Oversee the design and implementation of performance management systems that drive accountability, continuous improvement, and development.

- Lead compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring they are competitive, aligned with market trends, and designed to attract and retain talent.


- Manage executive compensation, including incentives, bonuses, and equity, in collaboration with the board of directors.


HR Operations & Compliance:

- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support scalability and operational excellence.


- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, particularly those related to employment law and industry standards.


Change Management:

- Lead HR-driven organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation.

- Guide the company through transformation, mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring processes as needed, ensuring smooth transitions.
