Strategy and Planning :
- Co-design & Lead the HR process for all levels.
- Design key success areas for developing strategy and achieving- planning, processes, people, contingency strategy.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- The executive-level direction in collaboration with stakeholders & unions to strengthen employee & industrial relations.
Talent Development :
- Build a talent development pipeline. Interpersonal and organizational skills with abilities in talent retention. Effective employee management skills with a strategic approach.
Employee Engagement :
- Engagement with all concerned. Constant interactions with all respective stakeholder with the help of employee engagement programs. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Training and Development :
- Build capability for a future-ready world-class Plant. The robust employee training program, ongoing technical trainings for employees.
- Institutionalize the Quality Fabric in the workforce.
Change Management :
- Change impact agent (behavioral and process driven changes). Nurture a positive working environment.
- Highly Energetic can build credibility and partner with Business, BSO and External.
Key Technical Skills :
- Union Negotiation desirable.
- Pharma experience preferable.
- Strong Manufacturing experience essential / desirable.
- Good exposure to Liaising, Industrial Relations, Contract labour management, Trade Unions management and plant HR functions, Factory License would be preferred.
- Exposure to IR experience is preferable.
- Proven track record for transformation, big change/ impact in a Factory set up.
