Head - HR - Commercial - Pharma
- As the Head HR (Commercial Organisation) you will be reporting into the CHRO:
Your roles & responsibilities will be as follows :
- Creating an HR strategy aligned with the business strategy
- Managing Manpower needs based on business plans and annual budget
- Designing HR practices and ensure implementation to achieve employee engagement, retention and productivity goals.
- Managing and creating the Talent management Process across all levels
- Analyze external trends, internal metrics to improve the efficacy and effectiveness of people processes
- Ensure hiring of external talent through the hiring team managing cost as well as business requirements
- Working closely with COE's to create solutions to business issues
- Working closely with the business stakeholders on driving people agenda to increase productivity
Successful Candidate :
- You come with 15+ years of experience in HR, and have had a significant stint in partnering with the Sales Force of any organisation.
- You have strong experience in the Pharma Industry and have managed large teams. Sales force of 1000 + is desirable.
- You have an MBA in HR coupled with understanding / knowledge of ER related issues as well.
- You have a strong executive presence coupled with stakeholder management skills.
