Job Description :
- Run the HR Shared Services function for the Company with zero non-compliance to agreed processes
- Manage all internal and external audits for the HR function
- Take the award winning CSR programs of the Company forward. The Company's CSR philosophy is to focus on education for the under privileged.
- The Individual will be expected to lead this domain and ensure that we are doing everything possible to change lives of over 200 students currently supported through our CSR partners
- Identify opportunities to in-source more repetitive tasks from various HR sub-domains. Automate/simplify the existing ones to create synergies and improve salability
- Work with the General Counsel to create and implement the Labor Law Compliance roadmap for all countries where Company has it's operations
