Head - Human Resource - NBFC Startup

Our client is one of the new startup in the NBFC Space. Currently, they are looking for an HR professional to Head HR

- You will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services

- Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met

- Collaborate with the senior management to define and execute the talent strategy.

- Build a strong HR Policy based on practices across NBFC's of repute and aligning with culture and practices
