Head - Human Resource - NBFC

Experience : 12 - 15 Yrs From NBFC Home Finance Industry Preferably / Any Other Finance Companies

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understand and adopt to the dynamic challenging business and business partnership and strategic support to the CEO /Board.

- Relate /connect well with all the functions and develop healthy network across the zones and regions and bring a work culture which is high tech and high touch.

- Functional knowledge of Human Resources and good management skills. [All areas; recruitment / selection/ hiring/ induction/staffing/employee engagement/development/compensation management/employee relationship/discipline.

- Startup business exposure desirable.

- Main focus now is building of talented team their hiring, staffing, development, engagement, training.

- Policy Drafting, communication and implementation. [Aligning the same with the main company, manappuram] review and bring changes adequately from time to time as per the requirements in advance proactively.

- Process and policies are communicated across.

- Performance Management parameters /tools and development plans: Tie down performance to pay/incentives and bonus.

- Change management and conflict management skills.

- Corporate policy and compliance orientation supporting the compliances

- Com benefits and succession planning program and processes.

- Org structure dynamics and managing the structure and bringing changes.

- Develop delegation process programs with authority and responsibilities.

- Develop policies and structure aligning with the field housing Finance needs of the business ensure HR across the branches.

- HRMS - system introduction

- MIS and reporting with matrices

- Vision /planning /Budget and budget management

- Surveys

- Employee fun/culture /values

- Statutory compliances
