Job Description :
Key Result Areas :
Strategic Staffing :
- Facilitate strategic workforce planning and manager overheads at all levels
- Monitor all critical roles and continuously help develop potential successors for them in the organization
- Evaluating jobs as per Hay method annually as per business needs
Performance & Talent Management :
- To drive development agenda for all the employees and be the champion for vertical and horizontal movements
- Drive performance culture in the organization by ensuring end to end robust performance management
- Partner with the businesses and CoEs on developing emerging & core capabilities
- Formulate HR policies in line with Group's policies across all gamut of HR domains
Drive localized Engagement :
- Conceptualize and drive with line business specific engagement plans
- Drive specific R&R programs
- Drive strategic communication and employee connect programs
- Review grievances, investigate process violations and partner with the businesses on disciplinary issues/actions
Talent Acquisition :
- Implement the recruitment strategy and look out ways to improve selection tools to ensure that suitable talent is acquired for the organization.
- To build employer brands among target groups and to utilize social media effectively for sourcing
- To look at alternative channels of sourcing to support diversity hiring
Rewards :
- Drive the compensation strategy & ACR which fits in need with the strategic objectives of the business
- HR Annual Comp budgeting as per forecasts and market trends in industry
- Ensure statutory compliance- PF/ESI/Shop & Establishment Act, Exit process etc
