Our Client a leading manufacturer and supplier of high precision components and assemblies, catering to a global clientele in the automotive & industrial and aerospace sectors is looking for a Head of Human Resources.
About the Role:
Managing the Corporate and Multiple Plant HR functions Design the HR strategy and set up all HR policies and processes, aligned to Business plan.
Build capability to execute the manpower plan, compensation philosophy, performance and talent management framework, succession plans etc.
Providing strategic counsel, coaching and support to the management. Facilitating proactive business partnerships between management and Human Resources to meet business and financial objectives.
Execution of the people strategy and provide leadership through effective HR objective setting, delegation, and communication
Leading the HR team and ensuring support on IR / labor law related matters
Ensuring all compliance, policies and local legislation are adhered to.
Should be a Masters in HR and having 14-18 yrs of proven HR experience.
Conceptually should be very strong in HR and must have good business acumen.
Excellent communication, Leadership, Presentation skills.
Essentially should be proficient in Kannada, English and Knowledge in Hindi desirable.
